    AR-310NT Toner Cartridge

I know its not a machine. Just wondering if anybody else is having problems sliding the lastest cartridges into their machine. My customers are having problems installing them. So, I go out and finally get the thing into the machine but it was a pain in the butt. Just wondering

Well, there is nothing reported on this side, but the only thing I can think of is to check the dev unit cover is corrected seated/positioned, as the cartridge has to fit into that space. If the cover is not on properly, the cartridge would seem tighter to install.

    Maybe worth a look.

I've seen new boxes at setup that had the same problem and the covers were seated properly. On machines in the field for awhile, the CRUM chip connector in the rear of the copier is mounted to an 'L' shape bracket that is easily bent when cartridge is forced in. That might explain the ones out in the field, but not a new setup???

        Good call Zootech.

We've had more of a problem with the bent CRUM chip plate on the Dragon/Dragon2's, but well worth mentioning too.
