I have a customer with 2 mx-m503n's and an mx4501n and is scanning to network folders on a Windows 2003 server. Each person that scans has their own network folder on this server. From time to time when a certain user is scanning the machine will receive ce-00 code. The IT guy is pulling his hair out because sometimes when he tries to fix the problem he has redo the permissions for all 75 users. This does not seem to be a Sharp issue but then again scanning to a network folder/server is not one of my strong points. Could a machine setting have something to do with this? The customer does not have user control turned on but one of the machines does have a commercial data security kit installed(FR23?). Thanks! Dave
