MX-M1100 STPEX_S jam when stapling

Hello!



(FNX5)big packets of paper(40<),the paper jams in the tray compiler in the finisher.
The test command 22-3 shows STPEX_S.After 4-5 same jams,it can works properly.

Take a flashlight and check the compiler to ensure that no rubber peeled off causing the jam.

The roller can't cause the jam because I have changed them and the brush in compiler.Something else?

I have had the mylar on the gates of the staple compiler cause this problem. Removed the mylar and the problem went away. We only have 2 of these machines and it happened on both of them with the mylar on the gate closest to you as you view it being the culprit.
