Our nonprofit literacy organization received a donated Sharp AR-M450 copier. A message keeps coming up saying we have to call for service. We operate on a shoe string but paid a technician to get rid of the message and test the machine just two weeks ago. It cost us $139 but it was worth it because we discovered that the machine works great. However, the service message sprang up again today and we can't get rid of it. We also do not have the money to have the technician come again (and they won't agree to stand by the first "repair").
We are not able to make copies for our children's programs and are at a loss. Does anyone know how to bypass this service message so we can make copies again? I am assuming it might be a matter of just entering a certain code. We would be greatly indebted if anyone can help us.
