Ar-M 237 upper right side swing door problem

In February I had to change the upper right swing door on a customers AR-M237. One of the tab on the side was broken off and customer was getting close door messages and had to tape shut. When I was installing door i noticed that it was not a snug fit and that it wouldn't take much for it to open. This was the modified version(gdor-0003qsz6) of original door.
I noticed when I did a part search for the right side door that it couples with that it was also modified and I had not changed it. I also noticed that there was a bulletin MFP-TB-184 whic I don't have and would appreciate getting if someone has it available. As a matter of fact I have lots of SMs and PGs but very lite in the TBG department.
Any advice on the problem with the swing door situation as well as TB is very much appreciated as customer called yesterday and the new door is broken now. I will have to check for a jamming problem as well as that door is not opened that frequently unless a jamming problem exists. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

Here's the TB. Just talks about reinforcing the ribs. We have quite a few of these and have not had an issue with the door once we replaced it with the upgraded part.

    Good luck.

Thanks Bil. I t doesn't look like that modification would help my problem. Is it possible that the panel that the door snaps into has warped as it was pretty obvious that the door came out without effort as I was putting it in. I may order the panel as well or have to improvise with some king of spacer over the holes on panel. Frank

This may sound stupid, so I apologize in advance, but when I have found this door broken the spring is almost always missing on the latch did you happen to replace the spring as well? I haven't had the panel warp but I have had issues with getting it on properly sometimes.

        Good luck.

You have me wondering Bil. I swapped the partsfrom the old door to the new but if the spring for the lever was missing and I just swapped out the lever without spring that would make sense although it was first time I have change it I guess I should feel a little foolish. I have a broken door on an ar-275 I pick up for $50 recently. I just looked at it and spring is intact so I'll take it with me when I change door next. Thanks for being a nice guy and not calling me a moron. I have to think that you hit the nail on the head as it's the most likely explanation. Have a nice weekend. Frank
