application number missed

* ok this is my big problem & please any one know how can i fix this problem tell me
* i'm work in the used machine that comes to us from europe & usa and all of this machines did't comes with the application number & i dont know what can i do for this problem this big problem here i lost alot of money for this problem can any one help me
