Have an issue with this machine. We recently migrated our users from in-house Exchange to Google Apps which requires the use of SSL or TLS for SMTP authentication. I do not see where to apply this setting, I believe this machine does not support this function.
I then tried pointing the machine back to the local exchange server to atleast get the users to scan again and now I am receiving the error: CE 03 . It was working before with the same exact settings and now it seems like its not saving the settings. I tried pointing it to another external SMTP server wehave (for testing) which allows relaying by IP with no authentication requiredand when I hit the 'test' button, it says connection successful and the user is able to scan. As soon as the next user tries to scan it reports the above error code and I have to re-login and click the test button a few times until it finally says 'connection successful'.
Can anyone shed some light?
