hello guys this is the second time in this month that one off my clients MXM363N has a spillage off developer inside of the imager, i am trying to figure out what can cause it to be happening, any help will be greatly apprecited.

hi check the normal issues
1- old drum-coating peels
2-main charge/transfer-arcing
3-dirty high voltage contacts

sure its dv and not toner? there is a bulletin for the dv cover/top to be changed because every time toner cartridge removedtoner would spill on the dv unitComment

this toner or developer is deposited on the back off the unit where is being driven, so i am not sure if changing the cover is the fix for it, i could look into though, thanks alot for your input.Comment
