just need to reset some of the counters to turn off message....i usually clear counters in 24-04, 24-11-01, 24-01-01, 02, & 03...to enter code-type simulation: copy mode key ON > Program key ON > Asterick (*) key ON > CLEAR key ON > Asterick (*) key ON > ready for input of a main code of simulation....

No ... don't actually replace any of those worn out parts, just wait until they start falling off the machine. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's just another way to drum up business?? If you don't do proper maintenance (like changing the oil in your car) it's just going to cost you A LOT more later when you have to call in a real technician.

Depending how old the drum is you won't run into problems on that machine for a while. The M count pops at 75k. Ive taken them up to 100k with no problems. Before you start getting light copies your probably going to get lines from the charger first.

If you know the simulation just adjust the copy life, let say increase by 5K the next time the maintenace required appear replace the consumables...
