about Printing to Mailbox (user) after send the file there is 2 option print and delete and print and save
the file saved on the box is there any way to make the file stay for only certain time ? hope someone can help me

Unfortunately the answer is no unless they are in the "Quick file" folder. Then you can set the files in that folder to be deleted but nowhere else. Check your key operators guide page 7-18 for more information.

Thanks for your answer but i am asking if i send the files to quick folder i can send the file with password from my computer and receive the file with the same password or not ? if yes can i have log with the order i printed time i send the order and time i print the order ?

There is a job log that you can access from the display panel under job status or from the machines webpage (I prefer this method as it is easier and you don't have to scroll down so much). Just put the machines IP address into a web browser and when the machine page shows up you will need to click through to the job log, the link is located in the lower left hand corner of the display. You may need to scroll down and log in as administrator to get this.

quick folder all files will be deleted when u make the copier off
in folder it is stored in HD
