MX2310U random lines on copies

Hello all
Just wondering if anyone has run into this on the new MX2310U series of machines? We have 2 of them in different locations doing the same thing. Please see the example. This is a print job. Customer has not seen it on copies. Prints only.sales@westernofficeplus com_20120510_143359.pdf

Interesting... I have a couple of questions.

Your example, is this a blank print job or was there supposed to be text? And this never shows up on copies? My first guess would be something to do the the print process getting corrupt. Firmware up to date?

Does it do it if you print from your laptop? if it doesn't, driver issue on their PCs

If it does, NIC or Controller?

SIM 67-17 will flush out the print memory in the machine. Have seen it cause some oddball print issues.

I agree, memory causes a wide variety of strange output.

i recomend. print from usb stick on the copier directly
that will tell us if it pc related or mfp itself

You try to print a test page form machine or print a fotn test page or a Status page how is printing?
