[Error Code] ARM550N H2-02 issue

I am facing H2-02 error code in Sharp ARM550N. I used tester to test on thermistor and heater lamp, the tester shows the circuit is complete no broken. What should i do next?Thanks in advance..

Clean thermistors make sure they are having good contact, check your connectors, reset the error code, if it comes back replace the thermistors.
