hai hru sharp mx-2700g showing printer offline some pcs only i just reset maintanence its ready but after 2 days same problem what is the problem how its happening some body can explain to me i am a technician i thought how its happen i cant get a idea pls explain to me ok bye

Did you try re-installing the drivers?

Go into the print driver and turn off SMNP. This will throw Sharps offline when maintenance hits.

sir when its send a print on 5 users 2 users can take a print other 3 users showing offline i things its print conjection means when its printer busy it showing users pc showing offline what is the remady. have to upgrde ram or something pls advice
