I have found that it happens many times that when you have a feed problem with tray 4, the problem is with a gear and pulley that is broken.
The Sharp P/N of the items are:
Gear - NGERH1405FCZ1,
Pulley - NPLYZ0380FCZZ.
The same parts are also for tray 3.. but i never had to replace them.
