MX-M950 dumping developer causing faint copies.

Have a MX-M950 that is dumping developer into toner collection bottle causing light copies. Also finding toner dusting on MC unit. Tech has replaced developer and developer unit. There appears to be something causing a wear mark on the drum towards the front of the machine which we believe to be the reason for the developer dropping. We have replaced the drum and already noticed a mark appearing on the new drum. We are going to try figuring out what's causing this mark but were hoping for ideas that might narrow it down. Has anyone experienced arcing to the drum from the MC unit? If not has anyone had a wear mark like this?

Took another look at the drum we replaced and noticed the groove wore into it is uneven. Most of it is wore down through the surface while the other part is lightly marked.

Check the separation pawls under the drum. It touches the drum AND moves back and forth.
Have you done the blade gap and main pole adjustments for the DV unit.
Check the cleaner brush for debris?

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
