That translator needs some work. I had no idea Susan was a colour.

From what I gather, the colours are not coming out correctly? Try to calibrate the machine, if it was enabled there should be an option on the 5th page of the copy settings menu for user calibration. I have no idea if you're a tech or not so be sure to follow the appropriate calibration sims.

    44-02
    44-06
    44-26
    46-24
    44-26

Apologies if this isn't your issue, but your first message kind of makes my brain hurt.

P.S. Please upload a sample of the colour Susan.

Haha, good job. The susan colour was just a joke, though the samples are helpful.

How many copies have been done on this machine? It looks like your transfer belt may be wearing out at a glance, also you're having some trouble laying down the yellow.

When you execute sim 63-11, is def 2 selected or def 1? Def 2 adds a bit of extra tone to the cyan (which I assume is our friend Susan) to make up for the lackluster cyan produced by these machines.

If you look at the sample under magnification, you can see your colors are not aligned very well. 61-4 to align black and 50-22 to align color.

            Susan Cyan
            Maggie Magenta
            Yonosh Yellow
            Billy Black

I have deletions in my Billy with streaks of Yonosh.....sounds serious.
