I would check your power coming into the machine. We have (tried to) install Innovolt surge protectors on all of the equipment that we service because of errors like this. We had one particular machine, an MXB402, that was blowing thermistors about every month. We installed a PM-15 surge protector and it has not had a problem since. We replaced fusers, boards, everything that could be related to the problem prior to that and it always came back. There was other equipment on the same circuit which could have contributed to the problem. In my opinion, what causes those types of issues most frequently is a voltage sag and the subsequent current in-rush that happens immediately after the sag. It would be worth a try to put one of those on to see if it works.
