    ARBC 260 black drum unit

Hi everyone, I have a quick question and was hopeing someone could help.
I need to install a black drum unit in a arbc 260 and was wondering if I need to clear counters or if it does it auto.
This customer has been waiting for a week for this to come in.
My boss would go to this customer but he is having surgery today and will be out for a few days.
    Any help would be great.

    Thanks

Don't forget the color calibration. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        Thanks, mansart and blackcat4866,
Is simulation P*C* ? I know on alot of Sharps that is it.
Also colorcalibration is that in sims somewhere or under user?
        Thanks for the help.

Nothing "auto" about it. You'll need a manual, two or three calibration tools, and at least an hour for this. Start with the manual. =^..^=

There are a lot of steps involved. If you are putting in a new drum unit then also be sure to check drum skew and led height adjustment. Just run the sim to see how close they are you may not need to adj. Manual is definetely a must for this machine.

            Good luck.
