when you go to test commamd 22 3(P*C*)22 3 what is the jam? PPD1? that would help,and it does it in all the paper tray except the by pass tray?

Test the PPD1 sensor in simulation mode. I replaced a dead sensor on the same model this afternoon.

Can also check bulletin MFP-TB-452. It deals with the desk options as well.

I know there is a bulletin for the color machines where they changed the sensors mfp-tb-663 I think it is the same sensor.

The easiest way to verify it's the sensor is to enter SIM 7-1 (aging ) disable the misfeed detect. The exit SIM then test if it's the sensor it will not jam. If it's mechanical it will jam1
