    MX-M904 and LCT

We're having a problem on setup with an MX-M904 connected to a LC13. Everything is connected fine, and the machine recognized the LC13 and the Bypass Tray. Unfortunately, when we go to copy, the machine says "Check the Connection between the main unit and the large capacity trays." We've double checked and everything is connected fine. Are we missing something to get this working?

Update firmware to ver 2.01.h2 It fixes MX-LC13 LCC Lock up issue. This is from January 2013

I've been informed that this message can also be caused by the locking screw being screwed in tight (like you would think it would normally be, as on EVERY other LCT). If the screw is tight, the locking mechanism won't work and the locking sensor will not be actuated, giving the message to check the connection.

      Hope this helps.

check the simulations (4-2) for this sensor: L1DO001 2 series installation detection
If the locking mechanism bracket is not engaging the sensor, you will get that message when trying to copy and the machine will not pull from the LCT for printing.
