Mx-2614N H2-02 error

Hi everybody
we setup a new Mx-2614N to a customer we also made the firmware update for 300gr paper
but at morning when they powerup the machine its giving H2-02 error. we couldnt find what causes and replaced the fuser with a new one but its still same. and same problem is now giving in another new machine we setuped too. İs there anybody know how to fix it? İ think its about firmware we tried to change fuser temperatures but nothing changed

Thermistor connector and harness connection trouble
Fusing section connector connection trouble
Fusing unit not installed

Check & Remedy

Use SIM44-14 to check the state of the thermistor.
Replace the thermistor.
Replace the PCU PWB.
Check connection of the thermistor connector and theharness.

Check the connector in the fusing section.

Is the fuser a known good one that you replaced it with?

This error also happens when the wrong model fuser is installed with Aries and Virgo machines.
