    MX-M232D That has download made in display.

    We just placed a MX-M232D at a location that is 2 hour drive from office. With in one day they called to say that after machine came out of power save the display read download mode. They turned off power unplugged from outlet, repowered machine and it still reads download mode. Went out to location and verified it is doing what was stated. Tried connecting with laptop to do firmware as Download mode is what you should see when in 49-01. Copier doesn't connect to laptop. Called Tech Support they ran me through all the things I had previously done including reseating Chip and connectors on MCU. Am now ordering MCU pwb on Sharp's advisement. Any body else se this or hear of it?

          I know this sounds too easy, but it's easy to check:

          See if one or more of the control panel buttons is stuck down. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              Thought of that Blackcat. Checked all the buttons. Have a MCU PWB on order.
