Did you replace the ADF PS roller or just the copier's PS roller?

Just the ps roller assembley because using sim 64 01 the print is still skewed, so it dosnt have anything to do with adf rollers

If all paper sources are skewed, and self print skewed, the LSU may need adjusting (or you can still have a paper skew).

Sharp has a upgraded part for the front guide of the transfer unit. If you have access to sharpnet there is a tech bulletin on it with pictures. Your unit may already have this upgraded part so look for a (lack of a better term) nipple on the rear side of the guide. If there is two nipples side by side it has been upgraded if only a single you will need this part.

Mad dog is right, the silver guide gets warped and can cause skewing and jamming. This model is notorious for skew issues. You should also check the left door. If the machine has an fn-7 it can sometimes pull on the door and warp it. The top of the door will pull away from the body of the machine. Also there are tabs that stick off the lower guide on the left door that break off all the time. Do you have the skew in the same direction from every tray. If you do, try performing the right angle adjustment for the laser unit as it is easy to do. Once you get the skew corrected from the engine then you can deal with the skew from the feeder! Oh, it is so much fun. NOT!
            Good luck.

Have a look at this post:

It gets a little off track, but covers the topic pretty well.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
