The only adjustment I know of is Adjustment 7 in manual.

Make sure the guides are in all of the way on the paper edge. These DF's are very touchy, it doesn't take much to get a skewed image. Checked separation roller for wear if it's smooth then replace. These seem to wear out very fast for some reason. PU and feed rollers will be fine but sep roller is smooth. Might just want to replace all 3 rollers to see if that helps. Those 2 things will resolve the issue most of the time.

      Good luck.

Make sure the reading plate (white guide who push the paper on the slit glass) is not stuck on one side, it is spring loaded and need to move freely on both side.

Do you know if someone took apart the rspf lately ?

Your problem is likely the doc feeder's hinges being damaged, they're screwed right into plastic, so when you force the doc feed higher than it's supposed to go or press down really hard while copying a book etc, the hinges will crack or bend. It'll cause a constant stream of jams, best way to check it is to take a step back and see if your doc feeder is properly aligned, even being off the slightest bit will affect it.

I agree with Akitu, the most likely cause is lose or cracked hinges.
