Quick question about auditor modes. Most brands have a setting that deals with the copier op panel when the auditor (key counter) is removed. A tech I spoke with said he has a customer that does not want the op panel to reset to defaults when the auditor is removed. In my case it's when the patron selects a larger paper size and they do not have enough credit. The copier is disabled (Auditor removed). At that point the paper size resets to the default. The copier comes ready again (auditor inserted) because the paper size is now letter. The auditor is currently set to mode 3. The tech said he's not sure where to look. He told me he tried modes 1 and 2 but they did not do what he wanted. Is there a setting in the Sharp that does not allow the auditor's removal to reset the op panel back to defaults.
