What about internal prints? Are they properly focused? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well, it's going to be a most likely laser problem. I usually proceed by least expensive to most expensive.
        So I would:
        1) Clean the laser optics (lenses and slit glass. never touch the polygon mirror, air only),
        2) Re-seat the ribbon cables. Also check the condition of the ribbon cable ends. Look for damaged conductors.
        3) Replace the laser.
        4) Replace the MCU PWB.

There is a lens that tends to come loose in the laser unit. That lens hangs from the "top" of the LSU like a bat which allows it to just fall out of place when the original glue lets go. Take some Super Glue Gel with you if you want to try to fix it without replacing the LSU. The security torx bit makes things easier when removing the LSU cover but it can be done without the correct bit if necessary. More than once I have removed the LSU, glued the lens back in place, serviced the rest of the machine while allowing the glue the time needed to do it's thing, then put it all back together.
