toner cooling fan trouble. went first day and rear fan wasn't rotating so i replaced it. customer called back next day. i found both fans not rotating so i replaced pcu. customer called back next day. both fans not rotating so i reseated all connectors on pcu and error was still there. so just for giggles i replaced front fan and machine works but fans still do not rotate. i know this error will come back and am hoping someone has seen this. thanks in advance
