My collegue has a problem with a doc feed on this machine.
As one sheet feeds in the second sheet starts to feed in (multifeed) and the jam code is sppd-1.
I know these are small and basic dfs but we have tried 2 feeders and had the same issue.
Anyone else having this issue and solved it?
