[Error Code] MX-6240N Error C1-05

Hi can any one tell me if they know what could be causing this error? I have cleaned the magenta drum unit and the main charge also cleaned the led lights on drum unit.
I would really appreciate any assistance i can get.

If you are going to service one of these I would get a manual. There is just to much to them to not have one.

The Copier has only done about 10k. So its not due for service. Manual says C1-04 is Charger cleaner trouble (Magenta).

This is a common issuer on the Polaris (6240-7040) and the Herc 2 (904-1204). You can adjust the charge arm but it will come back. We stock the charge unit as this is a constant issue....

Problem found. - It was the main charge cleaner motor not turning
