Sharp MX 2300n firmware request

Hi
My Sharp MX-2300n has a firmware MAIN version 01m17.PO. I have usb connection problem with this machine and I was advised to update firmware. I am looking for a firmware without letter m for example 01.18.PO. It does not have to be the latest one. Can anyone help please?

I'm looking for firmware version ICU Main: 01f19.P0 for MX-2300N. Does anyone have this version? Need it for the SNMP fix, and sending via SSL. Thanks

To upload new firmware open IP address of the copier followed by /service_login.html

the newest firmware is back in 2011. Its doubtful it will solve your issue. As even some of the new machines are having problems with the new SMB protocols but have been fixed. Sharp only makes firmware updates for machines for a few years after production. Here is a link to download the latest just in case Dropbox - SharpFirmwareFiles-2498.zip
