Inspect the job log via the web page and look for the 3 digit print error code.
Could also change cover paper type or source ..change color to plain, different paper tray, etc...

MXM623n giving intermitant code F1-00
I have an MXM623n with MXFN15 finisher that give intermitant F1-00 only when they staple a job that as a cover insert. The firmware is at version 04.04.d3. The cover is a color 20lbs bond sheet.
