MX-M 623N draw developer out of developer unit

the drum is coated with developer. I have replaced the HV supply board-the drum unit and drum change the developer. blanking lamps are on. on the cleaning
cycle there is a 3inch strip of developer from the hole drom was coted.

Hi! Did you ever fix the problem? I have the same problem and I need to know how to fix this.
Did you replace the whole unit or fix it and how? Our problem is that the developer coating is consumed every 10,000 prints.
