I have a MX-M620 that showes Maintenance Required on the display. I have perfored PM reset the counter 24-4 but didn't clear message. Also tried changing maintenance cycle 21-1 to free but still displays Maintenance Required. Any ideas?

OK thanks. The fuser unit was replaced during the last PM so i am guessing the tech that performed the PM did not reset the web count. The MFP now has 165K on the PM do you think it is worth resetting now? If i reset it now will it cause any unforeseen problems? OR should i just replace the Cleaning Kit and be done with it? What is your advise?Comment
