Machine controls the tension. There is nothing you can do, maybe you forgot a screw or something. I quit rebuilding them and buy the whole unit. I did receive one the other day with a busted bushing for the main transfer roller.

MX2300 copy quality
Had to change primary transfer belt, not very familiar with sharp color copiers. i seem to have got the belt tension engage out of sync . I can manually put it in the right position via the cam from the front of the machine, it changes as the machine operates. Lost service manual when i had computer crash. what do i need to do to get this back in sync?
