After removing this sheet the machine will clear the "Wait" message and repeat the phantom jam. Using Sim 30-1 the PPD1 sensor remains inactive when the flag is manipulated by hand. The PPD1 sensor/PS unit and wiring operate just fine when removed and placed in another machine. Voltage at the PCU PWB looks similar to a like known operation machine: 5.15V at pin 11 and 3.25V at pin 13. Wiring from the PS unit to the PCU PWB continuity tested out fine. There is one difference I have noticed between the 4110 with the jam and the 4101 operating correctly. When the PPD1 flag is manipulated on the 4110 the voltage remains at 3.25V at pin 13 on the PCU PWB. On the 4101 when the PPD1 flag is manipulated the voltage drops to zero at pin 13 on the PCU PWB. Also and perhaps a tell is the red LED on the PCU PWB. Any thoughts on phantom jam??
PPD1_NL is paper from LCC not reaching, If you have LCC disconnect and try, check lcc paper buckle and make sure no paper on top of lcc blocking temp/humidity sensor in bypass door(bulletins on other models with similar sysmptons), also make sure none of the drum or transfer blades are flipped. FYi cn5 pin 13 is ppd1 on 4110 and cn6 pin 12 is ppd1 on 4101.

Sounds like PCU Pwb is bad. Try different one if possible or may need new one.
