Your printing is fine, it's only anything involving the scanner that has an issue. Perhaps you should start looking at your scanner...

I have a customer who has a machine branded as a Sharp DXC-200 but it is the same as a Ricoh SPC242SF that is producing light copies, scans and faxes. Prints are OK.

I believe that the firmware is up to date.

The customer has said that the machine has been doing this for as long as they have had the machine, about 18 months, but is now needing it to be fixed as they are going to start emailing Client documents rather than post.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
