We have changed the wire harness on the adf many times. The one that goes from the feeder to the adf control pwb.

So it may be from cables and connectors of machine may there is a bad connector pin or a wire
Try to get a machine frame from a scarp machine

Try to change MFP first may it is
If not change power board
I think one of them is the defect item
