[CQ] MX-7001N random double prints

Black and white perfect duplication of image offset 1/2 inch. Only when printing. Not copying scanning or internal test prints. Happens from server. User station and laptop directly connected. Pcl and PS drivers no difference. Replaced MFP pwb. Hdd LSU and prcb board. Running out of options. Anybody ever come across this kind of issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Your solution was within the first few sentences. If the internal test prints are coming through clear then prints sent from a computer would ideally be fine too, barring a very unique combination of memory and postscript errors. Have you ever seen it happen or only shown up posthumously?
