    [Error Code] Toshiba 456 EB50

    Good Day All

    I desperately need some advise on the error EB50 on the Toshiba 455/456 range. I have gone through and tried everything in the manuals with no luck. I will tell you what I have tried and still no luck.

    Firstly here is what the manual says

    "Paper remaining on the transport path: The multiple
    feeding of preceding paper caused the misfeeding
    of upcoming paper    ."

    Secondly here is what I have tried
    • Replaced the PM KIT ROLLERS (feeding rubbers)
    • Cleaned the Registration Guide (1st Transport actuator/flag, Registration actuator/flag, both springs and the sensors)
    • Cleaned Main Drive (Drum Shaft, Bushes, Gears)


    After replacing all the above the device was still giving the error, so I tried the following
    • Replaced the 1st Transport actuator/flag, Registration actuator/flag, both springs and the sensors
    • Replaced Registration Clutch
    • Replaced High and Low speed clutches
    • Paper feed unit Clutches


    After all this I am still getting the error, so I tried the following
    • Replaced the complete Registration Guide plus 1st Transport actuator/flag, Registration actuator/flag, both springs and the sensors
    • New separation roller
    • Replaced the Spring joint and one-way Clutch on the shaft of the separation roller


    The device is even on the latest Firmware Version available to me, I don't know what else to try. PLEASE I need help urgently

      This problem happen on simplex or duplex only? What is the meter reading?

          Hi

          Sorry I forgot to add that, the meter reading is on 322182 and its mainly on single sided copies/prints.

              There are two sensor together located in a plastic body plz again changed these sensor it will be ok be sure that you use right cable to right sensor because two jack are about same

                  Are the two separation springs present under the separation roller, and have they been deformed in any way?
                  Does the separation roller raise and apply pressure when you close the paper tray?
                  What kind of media are you using? Have you tried standard 20# bond paper, fresh, riffled?
                  Have you looked at the loop settings yet? The loop settings are the amount additional run time applied to the lower clutch to create a buckle at each sequential set of rollers. There is a bulletin out describing the desired settings.

                  Typically new rollers resolves this issue.
                  I did have a bad batch of paper that did this consistently.

                  If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

                      There is chinese word on the plastic housing indicates yellow or white harness~~~
