Set up a new Toshiba 3555c and have a cyan background from the glass only. New to this model. Used 05 mode setup for new DV, leaving toners out initially. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

If it prints without blue background I'd check scanner/optics alignment. Does it still have background on black only copy? -

Something like this maybe?
A few weeks ago I had an enduser copying books. He/she was pressing hard enough on that glass that the light source #1 reflector caught on the edge of the glass and bent it. The bent reflector blocked some of the CCD's recievers, leaving mainly blue image. Prints looked fine. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
