Two brand new e357 copiers, separated by a wall in a office(So probably on same line). Less than 1000 copies on each. Both popped up with Not recognizing toner errors at same time. Got the customer 2 new bottels shipped to him to see if chips in bottles were damaged from possible power surge. Didn't fix. Toner supply reads full. But the Recognizing Bottle error remains and copiers will not work. Im going to reinstall firmware. But thinking LGC boards may have got damaged. Copier acts normal other than this error. THoughts?
