Re: error code cdfo reoccurring in es 455
Hi:
The code you posted can be caused by a sticking or out of position jogger. If you remove the turn guide ass'y it will expose the jogger. If it does not slide back and forth smoothly or the then clean the shaft. Also check the bushings and make sure the gear is still on on the end of the shaft. When the turn guide is replaced the jogger motor arm must align with the jogger so it will move correctly and initialize or ot will throw the cdfo error you're erperiencing. -
Re: error code cdfo reoccurring in es 455
I saw CDF0 a couple weeks ago. It's the code for the offset shift mechanism.
The last time I saw this all the screws for the exit assembly were stripped out. The exit assembly was wobbling around enough to have the shift motor disengage from the shaft. I re-drilled and tapped the front frame to 4mm, and there was a threaded block at the rear, again re-drilled and tapped to 4mm.
The threaded block was a bit more difficult to tap. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Maybe this document will help. It seems that that particular series of machine is coming of age. =^..^=Attached FilesIf you'd like a serious answer to your request:
