Newbie - Toshiba estudio 455 and 455se

Hello everyone!

I'm new in this group. Thank you for accepting me.

I have questions regarding my toshiba estudio machines.

- I have estudio 455se , all functions are working (fax, print, scan and copy).
- I have estudio 455 , and print and scan function is not working.

1) How can my estudio 455 enable the print and scan function?
2) If I clone the HDD of my 455se to my 455 ,print scan will work?

Please enlighten me.

just change your sys board ,reload firmware then it will work

you must update the new firmware for e455, the version include print scan function
