[Error Code] 3040c error code c580 while trying to add mj-1101

Hi I recently bought this machine for my shop and I am trying to add the finisher mj-1101, the company I bought this from has been no help at all ,they sent me a replacement board and I switch that out but one guy is telling me to do the 08-1912 and switch values for one to the other, while his repair "tech"if we can call him that say's 08-4548 and switch values there but to no avail it doesn't work.
what code should I put in and what button sequence should I push for it to work??
