Toshiba e-Studio 2540c Toner issue

I have a machine that says the toner is at 32 percent even if a new on is installed. It will run a while and then tell you the toner is low and to replace it, but you can feel the toner in the cartridge. Put new one in runs for a while and then does it again. I did the mylar update for the toner issue already. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

Hi,
Just clean the board underneath the contact springs of the affected toner cartridge, check the motor and drive for smoothness and have a look at the augers where the toner from the bottle is fed to dev unit.
