    TOSHIBA ST355

    Hello. I have a problem when i turned on the machine the green ligth of line of fax is turned on and never turn off and if you press the key SCAN a red ligth in front of the machine such as a jam turn on. I can SCAN and PRINT but i need how to reset this ligths.the machine has the last version SYS330. THANKS.

    Can we assume that this is an e Studio 355 MFP? I had to stand on my head to view your photo.

    First, I would check the phone line with an analog handset to see if the phone line is working properly. If it is, then I would do a 1*-100 and 1*-102 fax initialize. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
