I need the sep pad for Doc Feeder MR-3016 (ADF for eStudio 230)

I'm looking for the plastic piece (held down with two screws) that sits in front of the sep roller on the document feeder. This part has a mylar that sits on top of the sep roller as well as a rubber piece and mylar on top of that. Do you know where I can get that and/or what the part number is? Any help will be appreciated.
