[Misc] Fuser Temps or transfer belt speeds adjustments (Service mode) for glossier prints

Hi Everyone, I own my own copiers, but through my experience and years I've noticed by accident and many cardstock jams, when I pull print or misprint the toner or finish was much glossier, In my previous experience the Ricoh Aficio 6513 produced the best posters ever, which brings me to my theory, Can I increase the fuser temp adjustments or slow down the transfer belt speed to pass through the fuser to produce a more glossier finish? I have or own a Toshiba 4500c. Can I make these minimal through the service mode?
