After a recent post asking about replacing the hard drive and updating the firmware on this machine recently moved to Arizona from Ca. Ordered a hdd from Hytec. upon installation I got the following in the display "HDD mount failed Check HDD connections" tried the obvious loose connections on the HDD and the main board. then switched out with another HDD I got locally same thing When I put the original HDD in I get a firmware error and the firmware update failed due to bad HDD. I tried formatting it in 0-8-690 but get the "hdd failed" any one seen this before or got any suggestions?
