Toshiba e856 give c446 when wake up from energy saver after heavy work, l replaced the heater unit and switch of the Fuzer ; after that replaced the logic board , It work good for two days and already the error c446 and c447 , after that replaced the power supply ; plz what is the problem?

So you've replaced the heater, fuser push switch, and logic board. Correct?
There are quite a lot of things that can cause that code. First, I would put my meter on resistance, and check whether the fuser push switch closes to zero ohms when the drawer is closed. Often, the ear on the fuser does not push the switch plunger far enough to get good connection, I've heard of techs lengthening the ear on the fuser. I prefer to shim the switch a bit closer to the fuser with some recycled control panel stickers.

Some other possibilities are damaged modular fuser connectors (back of fuser or frame), lower drawer connector (back of drawer or frame).
